Founded in 2017 by the Restall family in Byron Bay, NSW. Lord Byron Distillery is powered by 100% renewable energy, with a large focus on provenance and quality. This rum was distilled in January 2020 in a copper pot, and bottled at cask strength in December 2023.

Nose: Tres Leches cake, pineapple, green mango, kiwi fruit, grapefruit and tiramisu.
Taste: Apple cake, super ripe pineapple, green kiwi, butterscotch and banana.
Finish: Pawpaw, green mango, vanilla creme and ginger snaps. Medium-long length.
55.5% ABV (Natural Cask Strength) Non-chill filtered. Natural Colour.
